Wilbur's Wandering World of Wonder

A travelling circus and carnival owned, promoted and fronted by the charismatic ringleader Wilbur E. Chancewish. A blue-and-white-striped big top is surrounded by a number of stalls offering refreshments and games suitable for all the family. Brightly-colored posters advertise a two-week run of performances in the big top; the crowd is already building up ahead of the first show, taking place tonight!

But there might be some trouble that needs the PCs' help before the curtain can rise…
